Weed & Feed:
To enable a lawn to look its greenest, a weed & feed application is essential for every lawn loving homeowner. With the application of a weed & feed, grass turns to a healthier more natural shade of green leaving the rich, dark color often seen on golf courses. The lawn will grow thicker, filling in bare spots on its own providing a thick green blanket to sink you toes into.
Pre Application:
- Call us to set-up an appointments (free estimates).
- Ask about our summer program deals (2-4) applications for the summer.
- Tell us concerns you have regarding your lawn, and let us tell you what we recommend for your specific needs.
- For best results, mow before your application is applied.
Soil Scientists estimate that on average, between 10,000 and 40,000 weed seeds are present in one cubic foot of soil. Our LICENSED APPLICATORS can help CONTROL WEEDS. We recommend at least 2 applications for non-irrigated lawns & 3-4 for irrigated lawns.
Application:
- The application is simple & unnoticeable (we do not drive tractors on your lawn).
Post Application:
- Please DO NOT water for 24 hours.
- Please keep children and pets off until lawn dries.
- Please DO NOT mow for 48 hours.
Safety:
- Because it is applied by hand, it is safe for use around flowers and shrubs with no worries.
- The formula is also phosphate free so it will not contaminate the lakes.
Aerification:
Bio Builder Inc. believes in complete management of turfgrass, more than just an ideal
fertilization plan. We offer deep tine aerification service to our customers.
The Benifits of Aerification Include:
- Improved water infiltration...better drainage, allows deeper penetration of fertilizers,
improves plant rooting, aids in thatch growth, increases stress tolerance,
increases drying and drainage on persisting wet soils.

Emerald Ash Borer (EAB):
The EMERALD ASH BORER is now a threat to Minnesota ASH TREES. The insect is already in the twin cities area and can move rapdily hundreds of miles within one season as it did in Wisconsin last year! The EMERALD ASH BORER is an invasive species and it has NO NATURAL PREDATOR! Our LICENSED APPLICATORS can administer the annual preventative treatment to protect your ASH TREES.

Goose Control:
We have a natural product that is applied early in the season to the grassy areas that
normally attract geese. The product, as seen by ultra violet vision of the goose,
is unattractive and undesirable. It does not taste good and they leave the area
for better dining! We can help "STOP THE DROP!"
